How to market the business?
- Aside from posting your work on social media. I would market it by looking for local influencers or content creators for a collab, improve your branding like selecting a color palette, improve your website that shows your services, pricing, and contact info for easy access of the potential clients and offer to new clients like discounted packages and referral discounts. That way, they're more likely to come back, and they'll tell their friends about you too!
strategies to implement
- Establish your IG Feed. Many brands go for minimalist and neutral colors however, I suggest we add a little pop of color that really bring energy, fun to your ig feed to improve the overall aesthetic. It will also keep your followers interested by your content whatever the season is.
- Grid planning. To maintain balance, I’ll be mixing up your content types (photos, videos, graphics) to avoid overcrowding.
- Booking Management Process. I will organize your IG page by adding a third-party website, which is the one you use for booking, so clients can easily book appointments even through Instagram and add FAQs or automated replies to improve our customer service and prevent potential clients from waiting and losing interest.
- Consistent Posting Schedule. I will post daily of the before-and-after photos of your work, share beauty tips and I'll find and show you the latest trends you can do for reels and photo inspo for content creation and I’ll be the one who edit it. You can give the OK or suggest changes.
- Boosting Followers. Based on my observation, it's often the follower count that catches our eye first and affects the view of credibility and popularity of someone. That’s why in my previous role, I did a strategy where I reached out to individuals who offer services at cheap prices that could increase the pages follower count which indeed helped the page to gain more inquiries. It’s still up to you if you would go for it :)
- Digital Blueprint eBook. (This is just my what if) Since you’re a licensed educator and offers training, we can create an ebook which discusses about your journey and learnings regarding to your niche. I may not good at writing or publishing related but I’m willing to learn and give this a shot to help you get that passive income and more clients.
the algorITHMs
- Instagram. By posting new posts, use of hashtags and location tags may impact visibility. It also works based on the previous engagement, audio track, how quickly our post will gain shares and watch time.
- Tiktok. Tiktok shows our video to few people first to see if they like it and if the result has a postitve impact, Tiktok will show it to more people. It will also appear to the content creator who has a lot of popular videos.
- Youtube. If someone attracts to our thumbnail, click and watch it, it'll show the video to more people. It scans videos based on watch time, engagement (likes, comments, shares), and relevant to recommend to the viewers.
To implement strategies for our page, we have to know our target audience. Optimizing our profile, create content that will hook the people, using high-quality images/videos and trendy audios, sharing posts from other creators within our niche that would appeal to our audience, consistent posting of stories and post, trying Ads to get more eyes on our posts so that we can reach the right people.
